1. The service

Rovix AI SEO ("the Service") helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile by fetching reviews, generating AI-assisted replies, and optimising profile content such as descriptions, services, and Q&A. The Service connects to your Google Business Profile using Google's official, secure OAuth — we never see or store your Google password.

2. Google account authorisation

By connecting your Google account, you authorise Rovix AI SEO to, on your behalf:

• Read your Google reviews and business information;
• Post replies to reviews only after you approve them;
• Update your profile description, services and Q&A only with your approval.

You may disconnect your Google account at any time from the Locations page, which immediately revokes our access.

3. AI-generated content

Replies, descriptions and Q&A are generated with AI as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published to Google. You retain full editorial control and can edit or reject any suggestion.

4. Acceptable use

• You will only manage Google Business Profiles that you own or are authorised to manage;
• You will not use the Service to post misleading, abusive, or fraudulent content;
• You will comply with Google's Business Profile policies at all times.

5. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously:

• What we store: your account details, business information, reviews, and the AI replies you generate.
• Google tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you authorise.
• We never sell your data to third parties.
• Review text may be sent to our AI provider solely to generate replies; it is not used to train public models.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up. AI usage is included within your plan's fair-use limits. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for changes Google makes to its platform or policies, for the ranking outcomes of your profile, or for content you approve and publish. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
